31 Taking care of our elderly is of great importance to the Jewish community. The UJFT allocates campaign dollars each year to help our agencies and service delivery partners meet the growing needs of an aging population locally and worldwide. Through the generosity of our donors, we help provide:

Berger Goldrich Home at Beth Sholom Village

Support for specialized nursing services in a facility which embodies traditional Jewish values in its program of care to a chronically ill and elderly population in Tidewater.

32 Jewish Family Service of Tidewater

Support for vital social services to the Tidewater Jewish community including counseling, care navigation, home health and homecare, hospice, and therapeutic recreation, socialization and nutrition.

Marvin and Marilyn Simon Family Jewish Community Center

Support for social and cultural activities, exercise programs, and nutrition education that promote wellness and healthy living.

Israel and Overseas:

Welfare Relief in the Former Soviet Union (FSU)
