Shelby joins the staff of the Tidewater Jewish Foundation as Donor Services Manager. She brings to the organization 12+ years of project management and client relationship management experience. A graduate of Old Dominion University, Shelby’s background includes work in the media industry and non-profit sector.

Randy is a licensed CPA and comes to TJF with more than 25 years experience in healthcare, public/non-profit financial management, and municipal government. Most recently the VP-Finance/CFO for a non-profit retirement/healthcare facility, he had previously served as CFO for several operating units of a diversified multi-state healthcare operation and held senior management positions in municipal finance. Randy has managed finance, human resources, information technology, and facility management functions including oversight of operating and capital budget functions, financial planning and debt management, human services administration, systems development and implementation, local tax administration, and grants management.

Craig comes to TJF with more than 15 years experience in accounting, 9 of those years in the healthcare industry. He has an extensive knowledge of database and reporting software. Craig is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College.

Stephanie Grooms is the newest member of our team. She studied business administration at Florida Gulf Coast University and recently relocated back to Hampton Roads after a two year tenure in Jacksonville, FL working for a worldwide, non-profit medical association. Mrs. Grooms joins the TJF team as the Donor Relations Coordinator to provide customer support to our donor constituencies and affiliates. She also provides an additional level of support for the foundation’s administrative and marketing operations.
