The Zelma G. Rivin Wonderful Wednesdays Summer Music Series presents A Night of Klezmer Music featuring the Frailache Klezmer Band.  Klezmer is a musical tradition of Ashkenazi Jews of Eastern Europe.  The professional musicians were called Klezmorim.  The genre originally consisted largely of dance tunes and instrumental display pieces and evolved in America to include American jazz sounds.  Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door.  The doors open at 7:00 p.m., and the concert begins at 7:30 p.m.
