2282 Are you a teen who wants to go to Israel? Tidewater Jewish Foundation (TJF) can help!

TJF is pleased to announce the Simon Family Passport to Israel Fund, providing grants for Israel trips. 

The purpose of this program is to provide funds to enable and encourage Jewish students (age 13 – 18)* to participate in an Israel Trip experience.

Applications are due November 15th. 

Guidelines:

Trips should be:

  • Educational
  • Peer group of young people traveling together
  • Organized by a non-profit organization, educational institution or religious institution
  • Staffed by qualified personnel
  • Structured with a predetermined itinerary

All Jewish students between the ages of 13 – 18* may apply

Please note:  A student may not be awarded this grant more than once; Trips will be funded up to 50% of the eligible expenses.

Within 30 days of returning from the trip, recipients are required to submit a 300-word statement describing their experience to the Tidewater Jewish Foundation.
